Development of urban car sharing service "RULI"

Intermobility has finished development of urban car sharing service "RULI".

"RULI" is a platform that allows car owners to rent out their personal car to other people. The car owner decides who will take the car for use. The service is implemented as a mobile application. The customer of the project is the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development of Moscow.

The main goal of the project is to reduce the traffic in the city’s road transport network, due to which the environmental situation in the capital is expected to improve. In addition, the application allows car owners to receive additional income from renting out their personal cars.

As part of the final stage of development, the team added the option of comprehensive insurance (CASCO), identification of users through the ESIA (Gosuslugi), and also improved the interface of the mobile application.
